DESCRIPTION

It is a traditional Slovenian wine, whose character is informed by red and white grape varieties. It is reddish in colour and has a pleasant, fruity aroma and delicate, fresh taste. It is regularly served with Slovenian rural dishes, in particular cured meat delicacies. It can also be served as an aperitif.

VINIFICATION: 4-day maceration of red grapes, grapes pressed using a pneumatic press, fermentation and partial biological deacidification, ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 4-5 months, gently pressed white grapes, clarification, fermentation and cooling, blending after clarification is completed
